New words from the video: (with lines from the video)

You can also use it to describe a person, clothings, places, houses...etc. ( Pelakon itu cantik.  That actress is beautiful **Note there is no gender in the word pelakon. But since "Cantik" is used here. we assume that it is an actress that is being described)

It is usually used in casual speech context, kat has the function very similar to prepositions. Saya duduk kat sana. I sat there or literally means "close to there'.

Topik: Kerjaya

Hello students!

Do you still remember our lesson about career? We learned the word 'KERJAYA' which means career. The word was derived from the root word KERJA which means work. Some of you had asked whether it is related with BEKERJA. Of course it does because BEKERJA means to work/ working. After adding the prefix Ber- , the "r" is dropped for the sake of euphony. Other examples are belajar( from ajar), berenang (from renang). In the case of these verbs, they indicate an action...

Rumah Terbuka

Open house means that all well-wishers are received and that everyone, regardless of background, is invited to attend. Open houses are normally held at the home of the host and foods are prepared by the host. There are also open houses held at larger public venues, especially when hosted by government agencies or ...
