A: Berapa harga sewa bilik sebulan? (How much is the monthly rent?)
B: Harga sewa bilik RM 350 sebulan. or RM 350. (The monthly rent is RM 350)

A: Rumah ini ada berapa bilik air dan bilik tidur? ( How many bedroom and bathroom are there in this house?)
B: Rumah ini ada tiga bilik air dan lima bilik tidur. (There are 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms)

A: Siapa boleh sewa bilik ini? (Who can rent the room?)
B: Perempuan sahaja boleh sewa bilik ini. (Only women can rent the room)

A: Berapa keluasan rumah? { How much is the width of the house}
B: 700kps. (700 kaki persegi) [700 square feet)

Contoh (Example):

Scott: Helo! Nama saya Scott. Saya nampak iklan rumah untuk disewa Encik Alpkan. Saya nak tanya tentang rumah untuk disewa.
Alpkan: Ok. 
Scott: Mengapa sewa rumah ini mahal?
Alpkan: Oh, sebab rumah ini ada lima bilik tidur dan tiga bilik air. Ada perabot juga. Rumah ini bagus! Dekat stesen bas dan LRT.
Scott: Berapa jauh ke stesen bas?
Alpkan: Tiga minit ke stesen bas. Sangat dekat.
Scott: Rumah ini ada dapur?
Alpkan: Ada. Dapur besar. Ada kabinet dapur. Ada dapur gas dan peti sejuk juga. 
Scott: Bagus. Saya nak sewa. Saya nak sewa mula bulan November. Berapa harga deposit?
Alpkan: Ok. Harga deposit RM 400.
Scott: Ok. Terima kasih.
